Política de envío

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.  Orders received on holidays and/or weekends will be processed the following business day.  Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days upon arrival.  Orders that are placed successfully will receive an email confirmation with the order details.  In case you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@valeriabobyn.com.  Please note that we will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.  Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.  We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the provided addresses.  If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. 

A tracking number will be provided to you by email when the order is processed and is ready to go.

We are not responsible for delayed, missing, or lost items in the mail once shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to take the necessary steps with the United States Postal Service and file an insurance claim if the package is missing or lost.
