Política de reembolso
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Our pieces are made with different materials, such as raw materials, semi-precious stones, gold-plated and gold-filled metals, stainless steel, copper, and several materials that can vary in shape, color, and size. Therefore, features considered rustic due to the hand-making of the pieces or their misuse do not qualify as products in poor condition. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.
We are not responsible for missing or lost items in the mail once shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to take the necessary steps with the United States Postal Service and file an insurance claim. A tracking number will always be provided to you by email upon purchase.
Sale items, customized items, and earrings are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of all returned items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or broken, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include photos of the damaged items for review.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@valeriabobyn.com to receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
